I can't see that our customer service girls have been notified of this issue. We do request that customers do reach out to us directly when this happens. In the future we would like to ask you to please email us - it is so important to us that all our customers to receive their purchases as quickly as possible therefore it is crucial to notify us if there are shipping delays - as we cannot assist if we are unaware.
