“Took forever to get 6 blouses ordered at the same time but were shipped in 3 separate bags over 3 weeks time. Four tops were terrible- one had sleazy plastic-ey fabric (can't imagine wearing a plastic bag) , two were way too small, one had a horribly juvenile sewing job with neckline all rolled and topstitched with lumps in the (also sleazy synthetic) fabric. Returned all 4 together in one box (that I had to pay $12 to ship back) after going through hell on their website that is NOT FRIENDLY to returns. Finally got credit for 3 and had to fight for the 4th credit that I received through PayPal 3 weeks later. I should have returned all 6 but I was going out of town and had to have something to wear! They asked me to review the items- so I did with honesty including the above complaints. Saw they posted my comments online- BUT TOTALLY CHANGED MY COMPLAINTS TO "TOO SMALL" AND "DIDN'T WANT" !!! So don't believe any of the "reviews" of their merchandise- they are all FABRICATED! (SORRY FOR THE BAD PUN!)”

“Stop! Do not waste your money. The quality of this "expensive " tops are below acceptable level. The type of fabric I won't even try one at a department store let alone buy. The online pictures are deceptive and far from the actual feel. The worse thing is you can't even ship this back to seller as quickly as you would in the states without additional cost, time wasting, and massive delay or wait.”

“I ordered 5 tops from Liligal and tried them on after they arrived. None of them fit me correctly, so I immediately put them back in their individual package and prepared the entire package for shipping back to Liligal. It cost me $10.00 to ship the package back to them, and after they received it, they said that one of the items was "used" and one of the items was "stained." How could an item that had only been out of a package for the time it took to try it on, be USED or STAINED???? I would not advise ANYONE to purchase ANYTHING from this company. Lesson learned - I will NEVER buy anything from them again. I assume I will be lucky to get my money returned to me.”

“I am giving this one star only because there is no choice for a zero to negative 100 stars. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!! The worst online company I have ever dealt with!!! Unfortunately, I failed to research & read these reviews first. Somehow thought they were connected with Zulily- I think that's the plan probably. Sames issues with me- it took forever to get the order- and I did not know it was being shipped from China. Clothes were some horrible material, probably something toxic-there are no laws governing such things over there, that made my skin crawl just trying them on, and nothing fit. They received the clothes back, listed them as "used" and have not refunded after a month and do not respond anymore to "tickets" that you have to use to communicate. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!! Probably out $130, but I will continue to fight.”

“Good experiences with liligal. I’ve only ordered tops. All have been 95% polyester 5% spandex. I like the material as it doesn’t wrinkle and machine washes well with no ironing needed. The tops were exactly as shown/described. I increased the pictures on my iPad so I could scrutinize details to be sure they were what i wanted. As for sizing.....inconsistent describes it best. Of the half dozen tops I bought only one was not true to size. I did not return it but donated it. Everything said about shipping is true, though some items come, automatically expedited. Those items are identified under the picture.”

“This is the same as all those on line Chinese companies. Pay attention..the clothes look great, prices are good, and you will see basically the same clothes on different sights. A lot of the time the design of the web site is the same just different name. One clue is when they say measurements could be one or two centimeters off-always Chinese sight. Cheap clothes, horrible sizing, no return contact, cant
call. U.S. customers out of a lot of money. Really look carefully at the ads, you will see a similarity in the sites, one clue used to be the models had their heads cut off in the pics cause they were all Chinese. Companies got smart and now put different models on them. READ REVIEWS ALWAYS before buying. 99% of these company names have reviews on line by people who were stung!”
“I ordered two tops… No confirmation, no ship promise, no nothing. But wow, did they ever jump on my PayPal payment. After two months I contacted PayPal to get a refund – – they contacted Liligal Who told them that it had been delivered, which it had NOT. They suggested that I quote contact my neighbors to find the package”. Forget about customer service… They simply don’t reply, so no $60 refund, no clothing, and no more business from me! What a scam!”
“Delivery is extremely slow. I ordered three tops and kept one only because it had a Fourth of July theme. The quality is extremely poor, the sizes were much too large and I have yet to be able to return two of the items that I never opened, I am sorry I did not read the reviews first. Do not expect to be able to return any items or be able to get a return email and no phone numbers are listed; so there is no way to talk with anyone.”

“Liligal is a scam. I ordered a number of items from their online selection. The clothes looked great in the photo's. When they finally arrived they were not at all representative of the photo's. I attempted to send them back, at my cost and never heard from them again. Not only did I pay for the clothes that I never used, I paid for the shipping fee's to attempt to get my money back. I ended up without the clothes and never saw my money again. No response at all from Lilligal! I would never recommend them and would suggest you never order from this company.”
