“I bought some cute beads that looked great in the photo, but once received, there were flaws on the glass. Not wanting any customer complaints so I asked for a partial refund. I received no reply on that matter regarding these particular beads so sent back at my own expense. This turned out to be a very expensive order for sure paying for shipping both ways on a product that had flaws!”
