“Be careful when requesting to return product, tight procedures to follow. Ended up wasting money. Perhaps we should have purchased from Amazon where returns are easier”

Hi Rebecca, I can see we requested a photo of the product seal just to confirm the item was unopened. Once this was provided our process is as simple as requesting the return on our portal and printing out the provided label. “I have been a customer of GFUEL for over 5 years and have been unfortunate of the country I live because GFUEL doesn’t ship to the UK. Thankfully for LimeProGaming, they have started selling GFUEL cans which has been incredible for me. Thank you Lime and keep introducing new GFUEL cans!”

“Absolutely fantastic service, ordered my Astro Mixamp Pro TR front LPG last week. Ordered Monday 26th and received Thursday 29th (FESTIVE PERIOD), which is just crazy considering the time of year!! The product arrived in perfect condition, well packed (with a discount code for my next order). The mixamp pro itself is brand new and somehow LPG are selling these things cheaper than you can find them 2nd hand!! I can't understand how they are making money from it but it's obviously a great thing for us customers! My FIRST experience with LPG and I'll definitely be jumping back on the site to order a few more goodies soon! Thank you!! - iODC (Facebook gaming)”

“I was send used headphones, express delivery for this company (£12.99) it’s 5 days . After contacting about headphones and asking why they send used staff I was drag into Mail explanation return form filling and after another 4 days I did not receive acceptance for return Beware”
