“I haven’t used my items yet as my little one isn’t due until April but they look great and I’m excited to try them out. Would be good to be informed how many boxes your order is coming in as I was a little concerned when only two things arrived. The rest came the following day but I wasn’t informed of this and it would have saved some panic!”

“No customer service.. not responded to 2 emails. Ordered 2 car seats in November 2022, booked a delivery window on 14.12.22, no response, no delivery, no products. Emailed twice via their website form with no response. Called the telephone number with no answer.”

“Obsessed! I love this chair. I needed something as an alternative to the Moses basket as baby was being quite sick being lay flat. We also have a dog, and although I Trust him 100%, I still wouldn’t ever leave baby within reach if I’m not in the room. This solves both my problems! Easy to set up, amazing quality. I didn’t mind spending a bit extra compared to a normal floor chair/bouncer because this will grow with him till about 3YO. Baby is 7 weeks and is obsessed with the toys that came with it on the bar!”

“First time mum and I was finding it all quite overwhelming wading through all the options! Immediately, Kimberley was there to answer questions and give straight answers, nothing was too much trouble. Came away with the perfect travel system for us and the whole experience couldn’t have been easier. Everything has arrived safely, now just waiting for the baby so we can get out and about!
