“Wel I think it was very deceiving as the pictures showed the bouncer case with a hood. That was the main reason I chose this bouncer out of others. My daughter really needed a bouncer so I was forced to keep this as I have no money to return this or to buy another. I was disappointed to know there was no hood included.”

“Absolutely shocking service. paid for an umbrella 10th April, was supposedly dispatched on 11th, started receiving emails for feedback 18th, but the item was not yet delivered to us. Emailed them, got no reply. Called them, got fed lies about delivery service losing labels, losing the item etc. Got told we would get a replacement sent. On April 27th this second one still had not arrived. Only thing they did do when they said they would is refund my money. Will never shop here again.”

We're very sorry that we let you down regarding your order, we always do our utmost to make sure our customers have a pleasant, stress free shopping experience with us. On this occasion your order was sent when it was supposed to be, unfortunately ParcelForce lost your parcel and once it was confirmed that it couldn't be traced we offered to replace or refund.

“No confirmation of payment and wanted a outstanding balance when this had already been paid in full. Delivery did not arrive on the date communicated without any communication that this was not going to happen. Wasted time waiting around.”

“Very disappointed with this company - ordered a Silver Cross Footmuff for my grandson - they sent me an email "Sorry but we don’t have any stock of the silver cross footmuffs in chilli, we have no idea how you managed to buy this from us as our website doesn’t have a add to basket tab on silver cross? I will get this order cancelled and a refund issued for you" This was on 26th March - I know we have had Easter but I do not think it is good enough, the refund should have been put through immediately .”

“At fist the company was very helpful very quick delivery once I realised there was a problem with my purchase the company was very unhelpful and had to contact the manufacturer and they correspond with the company for me little angles pram says once they receive the goods back I will recive a refund”

“Horrible service. I ordered a pram and from day one they was being funny about a refund. When I finally got the product back to them they refused my refund as the wheels had minor scratches from me lookin at the product. I'm a single mother with not much money and to be told I can't have a refund has made me very upset. They accused me of using the product when I didn't. Highly recommend you buy else where”

Very unfair review. Your item was sent the day after you purchased it by first class post even for an item that cost £2. As you can appreciate for the £3.50 postage and the price of the item bought we can not track it, after item failed to turn up in the post after 10 days we offered to resend or refund you. Refund was issued within 10 mins of refund request.
