I placed my order on the 4th of January and paid an extra £12 to have it delivered on the 6th, I didn't receive it so contacted them and was told it hadn't been dispatched yet they didn't dispatched untill the 8th of January they did refund me the extra £12 but It's now the 19th of January and I still have not received my order!!!!

Ordered a shelf from this company many months ago. Despite several promises it still hasn’t arrived. Happy to take your money but not deliver products. Shameful.

The stroller is not good at all I wish I could return but the return policy says if you used it you can't return. The handle is very low and it doesn't expand so if you're tall makes it difficult. Also the break pedal is very low and in the middle so when walking I keep accidently pressing it and the stroller stops. My baby doesn't seem comfortable in it and it is tiny. I don't recommend

Its a lovely pram but its not suitable for my baby he feels so unconfortable at all and its not sturdy aswell.. i feel unsave taking him with this buggy .. i wish i could return it back but i have used it already so its shame i have to keep it at home...

I haven’t received my package yet. The driver didn’t even deliver it yet I was sent so many messages up until that point and then he said he tried and left it at the post office. I went there and it wasn’t there. Yet I’ve been charged for the item.

Unfortunately the Kinderkraft pram we purchased wasn’t suitable for my 15 month old son even though he easily fit within the requirements in terms of weight and age. The seat depth was tiny and he was unable to sit comfortably. Little Angels Prams refused to accept a refund just because I didn’t have the original box it was delivered in, even when I mentioned their obligations and my consumer rights. I’ll need to go to my credit card in order to get a refund for the product. Be wary of their returns policy, and I will not personally be ordering any further products from them.

A company that takes zero accountability for the products being sold on their platform. It’s abundantly clear that their priority is to make a profit. My advice to first-time parents is to buy your items directly from the manufacturer.

I ordered this pram because it said that it came with a lag warmer, when it came this wasn’t the case. Very dissapointed

No customer service.. not responded to 2 emails. Ordered 2 car seats in November 2022, booked a delivery window on 14.12.22, no response, no delivery, no products. Emailed twice via their website form with no response. Called the telephone number with no answer.

We drove over an hour to Little Angels Prams Nottingham after looking online and finding the pushchair I wanted was in stock. One of the staff approached us in the shop and asked when I was due to which I replied just under 5 weeks (30th November) she then stated most prams would need to be pre ordered as not all are in stock. I explained there was a reason we had left it late to purchase our pram but I had already looked online so was aware of what was in stock. This staff member then attempted to whisper to other members of the staff “she says she only browsing but she’s due on the 30th of November” and laughed. None of the staff were helpful in the slightest. We left the store immediately after hearing the staff whisper about us as we felt so uncomfortable.

Don’t travel to the Nottingham store for furniture! Absolutely waste of time, travel for 1 hour to get there to see there ‘dedicated furniture section’ and there is nothing there! Very disappointing and waste of my time at 24 weeks pregnant! Unhappy customer

I’ve contacted customer service and the manufacturer of the stroller I purchased and not one of them are resolving my problem. The stroller I purchased is faulty, and I have a daughter who cannot walk and receives physio so she needs a pushchair.
