“Credit where credit is due 😊. There are companies out there with fantastic customer service who go above and beyond; this is one! From helping us choose a pushchair during lockdown (they even tried a car seat for us that wasn’t in the pushchair fit list), to making sure we get replacement wheels for that said pushchair… within a week of me contacting them to say they had became faulty. Little Angels Prams your are more than appreciated!”

“We went into the store to get our pram the ladies were very helpful and showed us everything about the pram! We are very happy it was quick and easy, said it would be long wait for delivery but even that was quick we are very happy and love our pram🤍 thank you🙂”

“We drove over an hour to Little Angels Prams Nottingham after looking online and finding the pushchair I wanted was in stock. One of the staff approached us in the shop and asked when I was due to which I replied just under 5 weeks (30th November) she then stated most prams would need to be pre ordered as not all are in stock. I explained there was a reason we had left it late to purchase our pram but I had already looked online so was aware of what was in stock. This staff member then attempted to whisper to other members of the staff “she says she only browsing but she’s due on the 30th of November” and laughed. None of the staff were helpful in the slightest. We left the store immediately after hearing the staff whisper about us as we felt so uncomfortable.”

“We did not know anything about prams/ car seats or travel systems before going into this shop. After talking to Kelly and her team we were shown the differences. They were very patient and answered lots of questions. They focused on what we would need/want and guided us to what they thought wound suit us best. We went away to think about the options and decided on the car seat which reclines, 360 base, lightweight and easy to fold Nuna Triv. We brought a bundle that was suitable for us and saved us money. We are delighted and can’t wait to use this product when the baby arrives. We would not hesitate in recommending that you visit the store or call if you have questions. Very helpful. We are glad to support a local business.”

“Would definitely recommend little angles for all parents to be, super friendly and approachable and always help if you want to change something or just in general. Communication is great, and they also do easy payment plans so you know it’s secured as yours and delivery is so quick! Had an email on Tuesday to say it was dispatched it then came on Wednesday so very fast too! 🙏😄”
