“Absolute pleasure !! My pram came without the raincover , I contacted my little angels via email to make them aware. I got a call back within half an hour to notify me there had been an error and sent me the raincover out the same day. Fantastic customer service. Recommended to friends and family. Thank you”

“Would give 10 ☆if possible. Shane got us out of a difficult situation at an emotional time for us by sending out a replacement newborn insert for our car seat. He went above and beyond. Fantastic service.”
