“Absolutely shocking service. paid for an umbrella 10th April, was supposedly dispatched on 11th, started receiving emails for feedback 18th, but the item was not yet delivered to us. Emailed them, got no reply. Called them, got fed lies about delivery service losing labels, losing the item etc. Got told we would get a replacement sent. On April 27th this second one still had not arrived. Only thing they did do when they said they would is refund my money. Will never shop here again.”

On this occasion your order was sent when it was supposed to be, unfortunately ParcelForce lost your parcel and once it was confirmed that it couldn't be traced we offered to replace or refund.

“Pram we purchased was easy to order and very competitively priced. It was delivered on the day expected but the delivery company changed they times to later in the day and I only found out by tracking them online which was a bit annoying but not the fault of little angels prams.”
