“Fantastic customer service and amazingly helpful having had difficulty finding the buggy we were after the store had it in stock we bought the Silver Cross Reflex buggy (chilli ) speedy delivery and everything we could have asked for can't recommend enough and will definitely use again Thank you very much.”

“Very happy with the pram we ordered... It was supposed to arrive on the Friday but turned up 7:45am Monday morning. Would use the company again. Only thing I would say is changing the email address away from a hotmail account would make the company look more professional.”

“Bought the iCandy Peach Blossom Twin pram in royal as this was the only company we found in the UK with it in stock. We received a phone call from Little Angels checking delivery and the large order. 3 out of 4 boxes arrived promptly but with confusing labels. Due to computer issues at Parcel Force, one parcel was missing for a day. Contacted Little Angels who were very helpful and apologetic and followed up the missing box immediately. Great product, great customer service. Only let down by Parcel Force.”

“Pram is wonderful and just what I wanted, BUT the delivery service they choice to use is a complete nightmare. Had nothing but problems with them and when I contacted little angels about it they just kept saying they have been told I arrange to collect it when in fact I did not! As I said utter nightmare from start to finish.”

Very unfair review. Your item was sent the day after you purchased it by first class post even for an item that cost £2. As you can appreciate for the £3.50 postage and the price of the item bought we can not track it, after item failed to turn up in the post after 10 days we offered to resend or refund you. Refund was issued within 10 mins of refund request.

“I recently purchased the new Icandy pram from this store, couldn't ask for better staff! As being heavily pregnant and it can become quiet stressful getting all the things you need to buy before the little one comes, I couldn't have been more reassured and satisfied with the information I receive.. I now can relax and wait for my boy to enter this world!”
