Ron Wilson of the Beltsville, Maryland location has been AMAZING. We have had complications where we have had to travel on short notice. He made it happen. He had to follow up with other locations (because they weren't so great) and if we didn't have him, I would not have been surprised that we would have been stranded without the lifesaving equipment Lincare supplies. He is always pleasant and personable and makes every call seem like we are not a burden (and I know we must be). He is a excellent representative for Lincare. Because we had him and the Lincare Beltsville team including Imani, we did not look for another oxygen supplier.

I can only give five stars to the employees at Lincare Customer and Delivery but would like to give more credit to all. I have spoken to Michelle several times and many others with names I can't remember, I am 73 years old give me a break not remembering. I want to thank them all for the 100 per cent attention I have been given from them and also I can't forget Jim who delivers for me every other week. Good job Guys Thanks Ted Psarianos

I cannot stress enough how good Lincare is. They came out at 10pm to fix our oxygen. They sent someone out over 4th of July with a portable tank because we had storms come through that knocked out our electricity. This is an amazing company that really cares about their clients. I feel safe knowing they are taking care of us. AAA+++ service Thank you Lincare. ❤️

I just want to thank all of you at Lincare, especially Al, I was in the hospital in ICU and needed oxygen fast so I could go home. The bottle that I had was somehow empty for the ride home and Al came all the way over to virtua Voorhes and drop me off a nice big bottle! Give this guy a huge raise. If it wasn’t for him I would not have been able to go home. Saved us a lot of trouble!! He was very polite and professional. He went above and beyond for me thank you Al!!!!!!

hello my name is Wayne and I know that my wife has written a review but I want to say something too. I have a concentrator and a carry portable one also and let me tell between Tasha (manager0 and Ray our delivery man,I would be lost they always make sure it is working so the I can get out and about and not have to stay home all the time. When my portable was in repair shop they made sure I had enough tanks to use and they are very respectful and kind. Thet Rapid City team are the best !! please make it a great work place so that we do lose not them thank you so much !!

Nick Sanchez brought my wheel out to me about 2 months. I did not need the legs at the time since I ride a bus to dialysis and doctor's offices. I had an injury to my right knee where I needed my legs on. That was a Thursday. Friday the bus driver put my right leg straight out. Mr. Sanchez came to fix it which he did. He even came back with just foot part which I like much better. He was was courteous while in my pretense. I recommend him highly.

Lincare reached out to me to check my equipment for valid adjustments and mentioned that the filter should be replaced. I had to cancel our appointment because of a conflict and the staff member that took my call was so gracious and assured me that it was fine and that we could easily reschedule. We did. The young man that came to my house was very knowledgeable about the equipment and was very polite and friendly. His name is Lance and he as well as the staff member that took my call were great!

I just to say that after several frustrating calls to supplier I finally connected to Katie at your office who was more then helpful to me.she got to the bottom of the problem and solved it for me.i think she was as frustrated as me trying to get answers from the supplier but she sent me what I needed and I received it the very next day.she was a pleasure to speak to and more then helpful

Melinda came to the rescue!! My mother's home concentrator broke during Memorial Day weekend and Melinda came out and replaced it with a very nice unit. She was very kind and considerate and professional. Melinda listened to our concerns and helped us. She is truly an asset to Lincare!!

It began when Diane called, she was very professional and very nice to tell us that the oxygen would be delivered the following day. Joel arrived and spent an hour with us setting up the proper location and gave us all of the pertinent information on oxygen. He was an excellent teacher and should be cloned. Your Company appears to be very customer oriented and we are very grateful.

We used to have Dan from the Hudson, FL office. He did a great job, but transferred to Virginia. We have since had Jim who is fairly new to the company, seemed knowledgeable, and had a friendly attitude. We switched our delivery day and now have Andy. He is great!!! Very professional, helpful, and has a good sense of humor!!!

Brought out equipment I did not need. When it came time for what I did need was locked in to a contract. Brought a sleep appia machine, didn’t use it, was never tested for it, never diagnosed with. Turned the machine back, guess it was the wrong, although I have a recent. Changing Medicare ever for a machine they have. Call someone else

Joe and Andy have ALWAYS gone the extra mile for myself and others. Nothing was ever too much . Whatever i needed they were right there getting it for me . All with smiles and humour. No one i know has ever had a bad word to say about either one. Thank you Lincare for being smart enough to hire these two great guys.

Ray was super. He explained everything to me and made sure to answer any questions I had. I had been waking up on and off during the night, but when I tried the oxygen, I slept like a log for 7 whole hours and then for another 2 hours! He certainly improved the quality of my life. Thank you, Ray.
