“Stay away! I tried purchasing 2 rugs totalling £500, after discount, but their system said no, I can't use my Mastercard. My CC Co says there is no problem with the transaction going through. They wanted me to direct transfer or PayPal the amount, neither of which offer the same level of protection or guarantees like a CC does. DT can potentially be used to launder money or hide cash from the taxman. So, stay well away from them, your money won't be good enough for them unless its CASH!!!”

“I purchased Catherine Lansfield curtains which I had struggled to find anywhere else. I was over the moon to find them on this website to match wallpaper and bedding I had purchased before lockdown. Fast delivery. So EASY to buy online. Well packaged and excellent quality.”

“POOR SERVICE Still no goods after 2 weeks of waiting Endless emails phone calls nothing DON'T NOT USE GO ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT LIES AND WANT TO LOSE MONEY ALSO THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON YOU”

“Dreadful service & experience. Wish I’d gone into the detail of reviews before ordering & not just looked at top line! Have exactly same issues as many other dissatisfied reviewers on different review platforms. My experience is this 1/ haven’t received clear communication about orders or dispatch. Received a courier notification on Sunday 6th Sept. They still haven’t received the parcel from Linens Ltd. 9 days later. Received a tracking number & courier link yesterday. No tracking available. 2/ I queried expected dispatch last Friday & was told they’d get back to me. They didn’t. 3/ I haven’t received goods within timescale the company advised. 4/ I exercised my right to cancel following their cancellation policy prior to dispatch. They have refused. 5/ I told them not to send the order at all now as I wont be home to receive deliveries between 16th & 28th September. They are insisting it will be sent. They’ve told me to refuse delivery, send back & then they’ll refund it. Not the easiest way to deal with! Ive tried to explain that I will not accept responsibility for a delivery that I won’t be here to accept when I’ve tried to cancel the order for this reason. 6/ I have reported the issues to trading standards & asked my card issuer to start proceeds for a chargeback. Worst customer service ever.”

“Obviously it’s not just me whose had problems with this company!!! Paid for goods but not received....send email complaining and miraculously it’s been dispatched today after 3rd email!!! Further wait for delivery which will be God knows when! Hermes not even received goods yet! My advice...go elsewhere. Don’t call them, they don’t a answer! Don’t email them they don’t answer!!! Don’t order!!!! You might receive this year if at all!!!!”

“I purchased from linens as there delivery was 3 to 5 days well after a week I emailed them, To be told they had been sent this was a complete lie they sent them when I complained. shocking to lie to your customers and use this current situation as a excuse. I would avoid!!”

“Dreadful product. Feathers everywhere and infected ankle from a quill that poked through cover during the night and rolled my skin to bits and causing infected foot. Who do i send official complaint to. You have 7 days to reply”

“I ordered some embossed teddy bedding for my customers unfortunately when they arrived the packaging containing the bedding had split . The bedding is usable but not the same look as in the pictures the pattern is barely there . I had to refund most of my customers and pay their postage fees. I had also tried other suppliers with the same bedding and the result was the same . So I feel it is more of a manufactured problem . I did not request a refund on my purchases because at the time I was far too busy . However the service from linens was good I would try them again as they probs use different suppliers for different sets . Sorry guys !”
