“Lovely tea towels, gorgeous quality and colour, I actually purchased them as a gift but decided to keep them ! Delivery was a little slow but it was before Xmas so could well have been because of that. Would definitely recommend.”

“Having previously purchased from Linens Ltd I had no worries in purchasing a further item-a platform valance. When the item arrived it was a bit of a mystery as it said ‘flat sheet’ on the front of the packet and ‘fitted sheet’ on the back. I emailed the company and I couldn’t believe that they were only interested in getting their wrongly sent item back and totally disinterested in getting me the correct item. It took no less than 7 emails from myself to the company before sorting this out and a whole 3 weeks before I received the correct goods. Strangely, they arranged for the wrong item to be collected the very next day. I have found the matching items to my purchase from another company and after this experience I won’t be using Linens Direct again.”
