“I am sick of ordering from you and you sending me the wrong quilts, I understand once or twice a mistake but the last few orders you have done this and I am still waiting on my quilts to be delivered. Also had an argument with the delivery driver as you sent the wrong ones in 2 parcels, so I sent it back and the delivery driver refused to take it like that and had to tape the two parcels together .”

“Well I would just like to say that Linens always provide quality products, have used them for years. Ordered a Linens item from Amazon which somehow got lost in transit and then contacted Linens direct and they resolved the issue by sending a replacement straightaway to keep me a happy client. The pricing of the product is also very competitive. Keep up the good work.”

“Have enjoyed ordering items from Linens Limited because the articles are good quality and arrive very quickly. With my recent order this did not happen. There was along delay. The UK contact point were very helpful but were unable to sort the problem in delivery until some time had elapsed. I will still recommend this company as it was a one off experience They have kondly offered compensation for what happened.”
