My experience at Linley and Simpson Wakefield was memorable because everything ran so smoothly. Customer Service was great.

“ My experience at Linley & Simpson Wakefield could have been better because move in dates that are arranged and fees are paid should not be moved back due to incompetence of the landlord and/or agent. False advertising is genuinely not okay so when you advertise a 2x double bedroom property with 2 beds then upon arrival have 1 bed and fail to supply a second for over a week, you shouldn't try to send your tenants to get said bed on a budget of £100. Seriously terrible decision making from some pretty incompetent staff. ”

“ I would not recommend Linley & Simpson Wakefield because the customer service was shocking. We were promised that the house would have a professional cleaning service and it was absolutely filthy on the day of move in. We were told by different members of staff that it had been cleaned and others told is it hadn't. We are put a couple of requests in for before we moved in and none were met even though we chased these up 3 times prior to moving in to make sure they were done and we kept being told they were going to get done. On the day of move in we found NOTHING had been done. We constantly have to chase up the estate agents for matters, for example on the weekend we moved in we weren't given any window keys and it was a heatwave weekend. This was on the 4th May, the date is now 16th May and we are still waiting for the window keys. I was told that there was a cleaning company at the house on 3rd May so my partner drove to the property to double check this as we were told they were at the property right then. When my partner arrived at the property there was not a single person in the house nor was there any vehicles outside so I had been lied to. All the damages of the property were not recorded by the estate agent so I had to spend time taking pictures of each damage to ensure we are not charged for this at the end. The damages were not just wear and tear and they should have been noted by the estate agent as they were easy to spot. Very disgusted in the way we have been treated, we have been made out to be liars by saying the property was unclean and they were damages done. ”

I had a great experience at Linley and Simpson Wakefield because they go above and beyond, nothing is too much for them and they're always on hand to answer any questions and help out. Ebony Coll and Hannah Copley have stood out to me and have been absolutely fantastic.

"I'd definitely recommend Linley and Simpson Wakefield to friends and family because they were great in getting me my first rented property in the UK! Elisa Rushby, Holly and Fiona stood out to me for squeezing me into their booked schedules and such a fast turnaround"

"Linley and Simpson Wakefield were great because they helped us through the whole process no matter how many times we contacted them with questions. We were aware which stage we were at and who we should contact when. From start to finish they were very professional and friendly. Would recommend to anyone wanting to let or buy a property. Debbie and Elisa were very helpful no matter how many times we called with questions the whole process was handled really well"

The advice they gave was perfect and they made me feel very comfortable with the knowledge that they had absolutely everything covered and the whole thing was completely stress free . I thank you all

The experience at Linley and Simpson Wakefield was great because of the dedication to delivering an excellent landlord service. Emma Hodgson the branch manager. Her dedication & drive to deliver and excellent service has impressed me since we took L&S on in December 2016
