“A year of hell in a rented property with such a poor quality couldn’t care less about their tenants welfare landlord! This branch say they give 5* customer service? I don’t know what planet they are on, try a 0* customer service!”

“Please don't sign a contract with them. They are incredibly scummy and the service is horrible. You have to call in at least 10 times to say the same thing to different agents and they still won't listen.”

“I put my deposit down and first months rent and once they took my money they withdrew my application. Still haven’t had my money back and customer services is a joke!”

“Possibly the most unprofessional letting agent I have ever experienced! Taking confabulation to new levels, displaying no urgency with maintenance requests, lackadaisical attitude to legal documentation... I could go on but life is too short - just find another agent and save yourself stress and time.”

“Initially i thought my experience was positive as it was handled very quickly. Now having moved into the property I find I have been lied to about the level of cleanliness and repair. As well as this there are various maintenance issues eg hot water not heating at night, smells from the sink, shower left in a broken and disgustingly unclean state... All these need following up and I feel disgusted and misled about what I have been sold.”
