“I have not received the item that was ordered. I did get an email asking how I liked the item. I contacted your company and was told that it hadn't shipped and blamed the delay on RuffLand, the manufacturer. Now you ask my opinion? Either ship the crate or refund the purchase price. I had another vendor I could have purchased from but I decided to order through you. BAD DECISION!!! I will NEVER order from this company again. HORRIBLE customer service.”

“I've been using LCS for 30 years. Had a small problem with a shotshell leather collar, but LCS sent a new one. No problem! When you find a reputable company stick with them. My first e-coller lasted 30 years hope the new one gives me comparable use,their chaps,whistles, bells etc are top notch. Stick with the best LCS!”
