“I have always found you guys to be fair and easy to deal with and don't think I have ever bought a collar any where else both ecollars and regular collars. I have purchased everything there from blank pistols to an electric fence including my first TriTronic's Lite 100. I probably just made my last purchase a couple of months ago however as my last dog is 14 and I am knocking on 80 so we are pretty much wore out. Dealing with you has always been a good experience.”

“This is a great synthetic collar, the material is thick soft and flexible plus strong. The steel parts are large but not overly large. No complaints and will buy this one again when needed.”

“Not happy with a repair to an e collar last fall and how your customer service handled the issue ! Went straight too sport dog and had the issue resolved in less than 7 days. Still purchase from you but will go straight to sport dog in the future. Like your products and inventory.”
