“I recently bought the Garmin Pro 70 e-collard, two collars and a name plate. I received my items pretty quickly, which was nice considering I’m on the west coast and it usually takes longer to get items I buy from other companies. I’ve bought several collars over the last 10 years probably. Great customer service and the products last a long time.”

“I needed batteries for an older Garmin Sport Pro, but also ordered a new Sport Pro. The lady I spoke with was helpful and the collar was in stock, so I ordered it. It arrived in a few days and I was satisfied with the speed of delivery. A while later I was notified that the battery I wanted was back in stock, so I placed that order and received the battery in a short amount of time.”

“I am happy with the products and service from LCS. However, I was very disappointed in my trade-in experience. I sent in 3 pheasant launchers, two quail launchers, and a Tritronics transmitter with two collar receivers. Granted, several needed some minor repair and new LCS receivers. Postage cost me $140. I was given $150 credit. I should have kept them and repaired them myself as I essentially was given $10 for everything.”
