“Bought "o" rings for dog training gun. Picture showed 4, got 2 and cost me a bunch for shipping compared to item price. Complained and thought we had worked out an arrangement. Never received extra "o " rings”

“genreally satisfied with LCS products - one exception: LCS 'Better Bird Launcher' - electronics are a bit glitchy - doesn't always trigger, or functional distance from hand-held controller varies widely - frustrating when trying to precisely time a launch in a training session - talked to LCS' tech staff, who was unable to help - my solution: bought another after-market unit from a DIY guy - more reliable, but that too is a bit glitchy, so I use them both, positioned side by side - if one fails, the other usually works, though timing may be compromised, then when dog(s) standing steady go in and trigger w/hand-held when close enough or nudge retention bar with foot, thereby launching the stay behind bird - bit of a clumbsy work around - probably should try calling again to get the electronics replaced.”

“They answered the phone and not someone from some foreign country. They knew the product, had the product, and shipped the product the same day. The price was reasonable. I like Lion Country Supply and I have told 14 people how good they are and what a great blank pistol they have. Many of my friends pay much more money for their pistols but they are foolish to do so. My pistol is old, I could get parts for it, I fixed it, and Lion Country backs up the products they sell with service and parts availability.”

“I've been buying from Lion Country Supply for over 30 years. From whistles to training collars. I have only had 1 minor problem with a leather collar,which they rectified immediately. Their brush pants are so good I have a warm and cold weather set. If you want the best in quality,service and price! Go no where else.”

“I used to use these about 20 years ago, they are hard to come by at most stores. But they work really well and May hold up to the abuse of a dog. Definitely recommended”

“The service is excellent. I ordered collars that I measured wrong for and was going to order new collars of the correct size. They said send the collars that were too big back and they would send out the new collars. When I told them that I was leaving that Sat. for NE to bird hunt they expedited the order which arrived Fri.”
