“Your not maintaining the customer satisfaction I have enjoyed over the years. You’ve changed some things since ownership has changed. One major point is the catalogs. I know I’ve been told several times it’s not cost efficient. Check your sales records , look at the ages and other logistics of your purchasers. Your website is not user friendly. Many items I had trouble finding each time. I think web and paper are a good answer. Best of luck to you.”

“I was referred to Lion Country Supply by other members of the Toller community who give it high marks. I see why: they everything and then som for sporting dogs. We're looking forward to field training and learning how to use our new bumpers--canvas feather-holding, plastic, Avery hex--and Tangleproof check cord. Really appreciated the ease of check-out, fast shipping and one very full box arrived in beautiful condition. This is the first of many orders with Lion Country Supply!”
