“Measurement instructions for collars is not accurate. Recently purchased two LCS leather collars. Using your instructions, the collars should have fit into the second or third hole. Fit into the first hole only with no room to spare. Like the collars, but just barely fit.”

“You're big bundle of Cedar chips for the dogs kennel yoused to be a lot bigger than it is now I could fill up her kennel twice now I can barely do it once.. Seems as if corporate America is hell-bent on ripping off the American public. I've been buying your product for years I've noticed the steady decline in the amount of Cedar”

“Very helpful! Very friendly! Great advice! Lion Country Supply had various sizes & types of Ruffland crates there in the store. I was able to decide on just the right sizes & types of Ruffland crates for my 2 Standard Poodles. Lion Country Supply even ordered the 2 Ruffland crates for me while I was there.
