“Excellent service, every one I dealt with at Lion was professional, efficient and friendly. They made the process of getting Life Insurance easier. I was fearful going into the process as I have a few things going against me but I needn't have worried. I was in safe hands with Hannah, Kathleen and Nick. I would recommend that anyone looking for insurance in Ireland checks them out.”

“As an unmarred couple I knew that normal mortgage protection would not cover us in the event of a death. When i reached out to lion they explained I needed a life of another insurance. Within a few hours of reaching out the process was underway and lion made everything easy and simple for us. They walk you through every step and I felt I could reach out at any stage with any questions that I may have. Kathleen was so helpful and friendly through out the process she really took this stage of the house buying and made it so stress free. Thank you so much for all the help.”

“Could not recommend lion.ie more than enough. We originally made contact with Nick regarding mortgage protection and he explained everything so clearly and made the process easy to understand! Nick then passed us on to Kathleen to complete the process and fill out the application forms. Kathleen was also brilliant to deal with and made the process so smooth! I could not praise lion.ie enough!”

“Exemplary service provided by Lion.ie from my initial call with Nick to confirming the policy that was right for me. Kathleen on the team is a pure gem and deserves a call out…she was able to give me guidance on the right timings and helped me understand the full process. With her highly responsive communication back to me, I felt really looked after and a valuable customer. The whole process with simple and easy start to finish. “My husband and I both have complex health issues. We were very fearful after initial inquiries made directly to the insurance companies as to whether or not we would qualify for MPI insurance. I stumbled upon a post from John regarding MPI and I contacted him for advice. From that day forward we have been guided and advised in a manner I can only state as exceptional. John called me from the airport and put me in touch with Nick when I had procrastinated and Nick stepped in at a moments notice. Kathleen then helped us along with Nick to secure MPI insurance despite our health issues. I cannot begin to explain how thankful we are and how amazing the process has been. A MASSIVE thank you to all involved and we will forever be grateful. I will never go elsewhere for insurance needs in the future and will always recommend lion.ie to friends and family. Again, thank you. John, Nick, and especially Kathleen - you are truly Barry and Elder”

“Both Nick and Kathleen could not have been any more obliging. An initially stressful process became seemless from the moment I made contact with Lion.ie Nick was very prompt in responding to my first message and from there, it was effortless. Excellent experience all round and as a sole buyer and a nervous enough client, Nick and Kathleen were very reassuring and took lots of time and care to assist in every way they could. 10/10”

“I found the experience with Lion.ie impeccable as the process from start to finish was made very easy. My background is that I am overweight with previous health issues. Kathleen and Nick talked me through everything and recommended a mortgage protection provider who would best suits my needs. Everything was progressed efficiently where Kathleen kept in regular contact with updates. Within a matter of days I had an offer back from the insurance provider. Overall a very pleasant and professional experience and I would encourage anyway looking for cover to get in touch with the lion.ie team.”
