“Hannah has been truly superb from start to finish, so much so, I took out three policies in total. Hannah is extremely efficient in all matters from quote to medical queries to receiving your policy documents. It’s unusual to find a company that actully cares about you and keeps it personal. 10/10 for me.”

“Lion have been so helpful throughout the process. I never felt like I was a nuisance asking question after question (some probably stupid ones!) I cannot thank Kathleen in particular enough. She always put me at ease and had no problem answering my phonecalls (even 5 minutes before she was due to go home). Entirely efficient and most importantly a pleasure to deal with. I've heard a lot of people say mortgage protection is the thing that slows you down - it was honestly the easiest part of the journey for us thanks to Kathleen.”

“The team at Lion put together mortgage protection, life insurance and income protection for my husband and I when buying our first home. From start to finish the service was professional, prompt, incredibly well informed as well as warm and personal. The entire experience was made so easy for us and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for advice on cover of any kind. Really fabulous, couldn't fault them!”

“Due to circumstances we didn't go ahead with Lion but hope to at a later stage. We found Lion so helpful. They reacted promptly to emails and were so helpful. We dealt mainly with Nick & Kathleen, they were a pleasure to deal with.”

“As first-time buyers completely unfamiliar with mortgage protection policies, we couldn't have asked for better support from Kathleen. From the minute she reviewed our application, she was with us through each step of the process (always friendly, patient, and knowledgeable) and made herself available by email and phone until our policy was up and running. “Kathleen was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Always very quick to respond and extremely patient with our (many!) queries. We felt in totally safe hands throughout the entire mortgage protection process, nothing was too much trouble.
