“I’ve bought two Lipsy dresses this year. One £44 after one wash this went bobbly.
The second £120 which I wore to a charity ball with tickets £250 each.
As I was wearing the dress the seams literally started pinging undone.
There were thread and holes all over. Not the night I was expecting. I would not purchase a lipsy dresses, they quality is that of a 14.99 dress direct from china, so you may as well shop with them instead.
Appalled by the lack of quality control.”
“They were always my go to and last minute, lovely slight stretchy material and good value for money. Now they are all miserable colours and frumpy. Stopped buying years ago. Materials are pants quality and defo not value for money”

“I used to be a huge fan of Lipsy, and would always head straight to their products first, they were always brilliant on design and quality (I still own quite a few of the items that I bought from them from the early 2000's!), but sadly every item of clothing that I've bought from Lipsy over the past few years ...the quality of the materials that they use has really let them down greatly (bobbling or just not holding their shape after a couple of wears😞). On the plus side, the overall design/style of each item generally always looks great.”
