“Very disappointed, I contacted them about a difference between one shoe and the other by email where I provided a picture of the shoes, also spoke to a person by telephone. I was informed that all shoes are inspected prior to dispatch, had they then they would have seen what I saw. I returned the shoes for a refund which was dealt with promptly.”

“*Based in US* I’m a new customer, who stumbled onto this page by copy/pasting the exact pants I wanted into Google. Which is a shame only because their catalogue is so nice and the “on-sale” pricing has me feeling like I should’ve known about this website a long time ago. My orders have not delivered yet(I just ordered 1 day ago from the date of this review), but based off the swift tracking emails I received I can tell they respect a customer’s time. I have no doubt the pants I ordered will be delivered in a timely fashion, and packed neatly.”

“Love this shop starting visiting it last year when I started working round the corner. Always a friendly helpful greeting and the collation of the items in shop is spot on. It likes my kryptonite. Tried an online purchase, ordered before midday and got it the next day. Can’t recommend highly enough.”
