“The perfect layer coat - I spent more than I would ever usually contemplate spending on a toddler on this Patagonia down hooded jacket because we had the size down for the whole of last season, and he wore it pretty much every day, from September to May. It's car seat safe, and you can layer under or over it, so really useful under a snowsuit for extra cold days. The hood is better than most, fitting closely to the head, and not restricting vision like so many other hoods. It's Patagonia quality, so lasts through washes - the one we had last year got washed regularly and still looks almost new.”

“Delivered quickly but the item (kids’ Hunter wellies) appears to have an issue with the sizing, supposedly a size 9 but exactly the same size as my child’s (grown out of) 8s. They will take them back but return is at my cost, they don’t refund the original postage and want a much quicker return than most. So I’ll be down almost 10 pounds and have to still now source the right size from elsewhere as they don’t have it. No help from their customer service team whatsoever. They seem to have an odd business model where their prices jump around a lot - the same item a few days later is now priced differently - apparently seem to try and price as low as possible but when things go wrong those costs are all on the customer. The item I received actually had a previous bad review saying the two boots seemed like they were from different pairs - I’m wondering if these are actually factory seconds. Wouldn’t order again from them.”

“Love the concept of this company and having placed my first order, the service is great and the products look and feel quality. However, the boots I ordered were significantly smaller than anticipated and my little trecker will likely need two sizes bigger than his usual size. This isnt an issue but what is is having to pay for delivery initially, then pay delivery for the return, and because you can not exchange, I would then need to pay delivery a 3rd time for the second pair to be sent - which I am not doing. So over-all, i really support this company but there is some work to do in terms or reducing costs to the consumer for delivery and returning of goods”
