“Sweetest goodies that my Dad was super happy to receive for Fathers Day. We had issues with the Courier though meaning that it was not delivered on time. I selected delivery for Friday, and received a ‘non-delivery’ update on the Thursday prior. The parcel was taken back to the depot, despite the delivery address having a courier box outside for drivers to leave parcels. I then could not have it redelivered for the Friday (despite requesting it first), and needed to pay extra for Saturday delivery. A difficult experience with Father’s Day on the Sunday, but unsure if Little & Luxe have any control in this?”
