“Price was very competitive Ordering on web site straight forward. Only reason I dropped a star was the packaging. A large cardboard box which was open at one end. The product (shower jell) was not placed in the empty envelope inside and there was no packing inside the box to stop it being broken”

“I thought your service and pricing was excellent. However I just wish you stocked the Elemis Pro- collagen oxygenating night cream !! I know you have the New Matrix cream, but that is far too expensive to me. So please could you stock the oxygenating night cream ?”

“I’ve not received my order that was expected today. I’ve tried to contact APC as the tracking number given in email via Little Skin Shop is not recognised. I hope someone will come back to me ASAP”

“My parcel never arrived, paid in full for 4 products, when contacted the little skin shop said it was down to the courier. Horrible service, it was a scam.”

We advised the local couriers held the parcel and provided you with their contact details. If you have not arranged a re-delivery they will return the parcel to us and we will refund you when it arrives. This is standard operating behaviour for all couriers and the furthest thing in the world from a 'scam'.
