“Recently ordered an Elemis product which was virtually half the recommended price. There was an issue with delivery ( it was delivered to the returns address) but I emailed customer services that day , who arranged it to be resent with another courier the next day, and it arrived safe and sound. Great response and great customer service. Will re order. Viv.”

“Very disappointed with this company I have emailed several times and have now given up! They told me my delivery had been delivered....it hadn’t. I emailed asking for proof and I was told the sat nav says it dropped at my address!.... It didn’t! Looking at the delivery details it said it was put through my letter box, that in itself would of been quite an achievement. Haven’t heard anything from this company since, simply bought said item elsewhere. Would never use this company again!”
