“No option to email LSS! Item arrive loose in a huge cardboard box. Wasnt wrapped up, no paddding or anything. My item ( that was a present) was scuffed and not suitable to give away as looked secondhand. Wouldnt buy from again.”

“I’ve not received the Elemis toner , which was purchase nearly two weeks ago . Not sure whether the delay is because of the lock down , people are going on line to purchase things they would normally buy in the shops.”

“Order hasn’t arrived really annoying as it’s a mother’s day gift, orders on the 10th said 3 to 5 working days it’s now been 7 ! Tracked the order with Hermes and it just says they’ve got it no other details avail either. Emailed little skin shop twice no reply from them, not even an we are looking into it. Nothing at all really poor service”

“My original order went missing & the whole process of trying to get a replacement took way longer than I would have expected & there is no telephone number so you can’t call when there is a problem. Had to email at least 3 times before I got an initial response & then to be told only that it would be a further 72 hours before they could get back to me. I ended up contacting the delivery company myself. Not great experience”

“I have used this site many times with no complaints, however this time delivery took over 7 days and then received wrong item (ordered Elemis super serum elixir but received Elemis pro collagen rose oil) did not have time to return as was going on holiday.”

Thank you for your review. The Marine Creams are manufactured sealed with an applicator, but the Cleansing Balm is not.

“Very slow turnaround on order and lack of status information. Box was also badly damaged. Thankfully products were undamaged.”

“The product, price and delivery time were all good and as expected! The courier/delivery however let you down massively. The product was loose in a bigger box, the bigger box was battered and misshaped by the time i received it, the box for the product had damaged corners and the lid no longer closed on the product. Had it not of been a present it wouldn't of been a big deal but as it was a Christmas present was disappointing!”
