“ Exceptional customer service ”

“ The customer service I received was very good from them. My only issue is I wish they wouldn't use yodel as a courier. Of my last 3 parcels to be delivered, 2 never arrived, one have them was supposedly signed for but certainly not by me. Resolving the issue was speedy and the items were credited to my account ”

Called because my due date for monthly payment was for the 6th, when i normally pay on the 10th. He didn't fix my problem entirely but he certainly was of great help! Much appreciated. ”
