I’m being charged for an item I returned along with two other items.i was credited for two items but not for a coat of course I disposed of my receipt when I saw I had been credited for two items . I have explained this but of course the receipt is my proof . £50.00 to littlewoods has anyone had this experience and what advice would you give ?

I have had huge problems with logging onto an account that I had with them. I started in the UK and ended up in Cape Town to people who could not answer the problem but they told me they had problem with the net over there. They failed to respond to communications . I would suggest that you email sam.perkins@shopdirect.com Tell him that the matter needs resolving so that you can long on. Failure to get a response is the time to take the matter to the local court to start proceedings, if you are on low income it wont cost you anything, but make it clear on the end of the form that you are going to make the same charge of £25 for each communication they fail to respond too. You will have to probably wait two weeks but they will not be keen on media coverage if you threaten to have the problem placed in the local media THEY HAVE ADMITTED THAT THEY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR SYSTEM AND THEY MUST BE MAKING HUGE PROFITS OUT OF ALL OF US WHO HAVE HAD THE SIMILAR PROBLEM In your email make sure you highlight the incompetence of ALL staff, keep copies of all correspondence for the matter if it needs to go to court, but they will probably resolve the problem before going to court. Bad media does them no good. Let me know of anything you need to know Paul

Suggest you take the matter to the top sam.perkins@shopdirect.com They DO have problems with dealing with emails so suggest that any further communications that you have to make to them will be charged at £25 each But the best part is to close the account and be wary of other companies associated with Littlewoods. Look on the CEOE site and this will list all relevant companies connected with the same parent company
