“Only used it twice so far, but was better the second time. Takes a little getting used to the process and sitting in correct placement for inflation and deflation is a skill that improved with second use. Seems like it will save us from major renovations in bathroom making our present tub safer to use. The battery pack is easy to use and charged without a problem. I keep it plugged in when not in use. Folding up the device for hanging was a bit of a challenge the first time as the diagram was not very helpful. Now that I have discovered how to do it, all is fine. We hung it on a wide plastic hook in a closet when not in use.”
