“I work for an assisted living and we were having issues with our camel lift. I was able to obtain help troubleshooting the device in a very quick amount of time and the rep was very knowledgeable. We ended up having to order a part which was inexpensive and arrived quickly.”

“I ordered a 72" collapsible water dam with square corners to install in a client's recently completed walk-in shower. It arrived promptly but somehow my order got mixed up, & I received a 66" dam with round corners. I contacted Live Oak that day & heard back from Andy Maddux. I explained to Andy that I was under the gun to get this job finished & needed a replacement ASAP. Andy treated me most professionally & went out of his way to get a replacement (actually a 96" dam w/ square corners) using expedited shipping. I got my job finished, & my client is pleased. These are good folks to deal with, & I plan on doing business with them in the future.”

“Overall great experience! Only problem was with FedEx delivery to wrong location called and two days later received in good condition except corner of right seat plate bent a little but was able to correct by bending back in place . Package issue looks like with fork lift through box . Overall still pleased works as advertised! Thanks Joe”
