I recently ordered shoes for both of my girls. As will happen, neither pair fit the girls properly. The return process was quick and easy. I needed help from customer service and they were prompt in their response and very helpful! The new shoes were at our door and fit well. I love Livie & Luca’s products but their fabulous customer service will make me a loyal customer!

That’s A LOT of shoes!! These shoes hold up well, are super comfortable for their growing feet, and the customer service is fantastic! We’ve only ever had one little issue with one of the many pairs we own and Livie and Luca replaced the shoes within a couple of days.
