“I ordered this product as it was very good value for money. On receiving the item, I was very happy…until I opened the box and saw the contents. I ordered a fire which in the description said I could change between logs and crystals, and also change the colour. I specifically ordered this one because of this. There was two different ones and the one I ordered was I believe around £20 more which I was happy to pay for the colour change and Crystal/log interchange. The item I received doesn’t do either of these. Unfortunately I then went on to the item I ordered and read the description, which has been changed and no longer said this, and I can’t see a product the same which does have it, so I am not happy at all. In all honesty I feel as though I have been conned and would not purchase from your company again.”

“So far the product itself seems fine. However, there was no communication regarding delivery. I did not receive an email telling me the item had been dispatched. I also did not receive an email informing me of a delivery date, nor was I contacted by the delivery company telling me they were attempting delivery on the day. It was just luck that someone was at home to accept the delivery.”

“Ordered 2 items. One was faulty. Was made to ‘prove’ it was faulty by sending a video before they’d consider doing anything about it. Really poor customer service. Wouldn’t willingly use them again.”
