“Very disappointed. When received the kitchen unit it was broken. I've had no reply from the Company when I explained the problem, they make it impossible to get in contact with and charge an extraordinary about of money to return this item. Very disappointed and left with a broken unit that I have paid full price for.”

“Although they stated "Free delivery" I had to pay a shipping fee of £68 because I live in "remote area"....didnt realise Northern Ireland was classed as remote!! However my order came on time and I was delighted with my purchase.”

“Well worth money - looks really good - super easy install in our media wall, 10/10 would recommend small issue its louder then i thought when on full power heating but not noticeable when watching film”

“While reading the horror stories of this site after I had ordered was not expecting much but can say was more than happy with my fireplace looks lovely up on the wall and not as loud as people has said yes there is a noise but is beatable.”
