“We are pleased with our parasol, base and patio heater. We haven’t used the patio heater yet but it looks fine and has a remote control too! The parasol was easy to put together, it needed two people. Delivery was fine and we were kept up to date as to when it all would arrive. Overall very pleased with the products.”

“Brilliant product and the cheapest when compared to other suppliers. Please change your carriers! Although it was delivered as promised it took me two days to find it! No help from delivery company even though it specified that a signature was required and a photo would be taken. It was only a nearby neighbour who saw it dumped near my pathway and recognised the name on the label and took it away to keep it safe. Absolutely no response even now from Evri!!”

“Excellent value and arrived exactly as quoted when ordered. Not the easiest thing to put together and hang because it was so heavy and husband was trying to do it on his own (impossible don’t try). We are delighted with our purchase and recommending to friends. Thank you”

“The initial delivery was missing the cross base belonging to the parasol base, but after contact with the customer service team, this was resolved in a couple of days. The box had been separated at the courier's site. The parasol has been assembled and we are very pleased with our purchase and the service received from Living and Home.”
