“Unit arrived in good time with effective delivery communications. Well packed no damage. The hanging method coupled with the power cable position can make it tricky to get right, light sensor switch works well, but speaker doesn’t pair with Alexa Bluetooth. Delisting works well but is a separate switch to activate, would have preferred it to also activate with activation of light.”

“Absolutely appalling customer service having seen an item for 0.00 then purchasing it 3 days later after dispatch told me I had to pay 79.99 when it was advertised at 0.00 the product came with no light base and when I contacted them to arrange return delivery they told me if I pay the 79.99 they will send me the base to the light I asked numerous times for return delivery but only after 4 days of emails back and forth did they finally understand my request disgusting service”
