“Hi bought 2 bathroom mirrors recently, delivered before time and work great . I am a builder and have recommended to friends of mine who I have just built an extension for .great price as well to be fair . Would deffo use site again and very happy .”

“I have nothing but paise for the service I received. I was very concerned when I saw some previous reviews, however when I had a problem with my purchase not only was it rectified immediately I was continually kept updated on the progress, start to finish from placing my order to a new replacement item being received was under a week. My purchase was an electric patio heater. I do wonder if previous reviews refers to purchases made via a third party company”

“For sure we are missing parts D1 and D4. Potentially also part 13 – but we think this has been mis-labelled within the pack as we have an extra of something else and the shape looks to match 13 so maybe OK there. Without D1 and D4 we (in some ways fortunately) fall at the first hurdle of construction. Waiting for contact regarding this!”

“Not much update about delivery etc, delivery company had a guy come on his way home (outwith delivery area as no deliveries to my area for the next 7 days). L+H said delivery within 3-7 days clearly without checking with delivery company. No updates if i hadn't phoned delivery company”
