My experience with living and home was excellent. I would certainly recommend to everyone. Customer service is excellent. They respond to questions quickly and always want to sort any issues! Great company

Ordered a chair, still waiting for delivery after 2 weeks. Emailed twice, responded on second email to say issues with courier and will refund if not arrived in another 5 days.

I was sent the wrong item, a fire, not a awning. I asked them to pick up the fire. They gave me date and no one turned up on the day they said. Also the awning was not able to be fitted we’re I needed it and they said I would have to pay to have it returned. I was going to wait until this was sorted but I’m not sure it is ever going to be

We recently purchased the Bullet Patio Heater from ordering to delivery everything was exactly as promised. 3 days for delivery. Done. We are delighted with the item however, the operating and build instructions don’t match exactly and there is a bit of working out to do. In addition I emailed living and home regarding a point of clarity and at the time of writing this review still not had a reply which after the excellent purchase and delivery process is a bit disappointing. Nonetheless happy customers overall and we managed to resolve the issue

received a faulty item and want a refund. THEY HAVE SUGGESTED I REPAIR MYSELF AND SOURCE PARTS FROM EBAY!!!! THE UMBRELLA IS LESS THAN 3 WEEKS OLD AND I HAVE PROVIDED PICTURES OF THE FAULT AVOID USING THIS COMPANY Could you please give us more detail of the fautly umbrella ? Fast delivery etc however, emailed about 5 times regarding having to return the item and there was no response to any of these. Still stuck with a fire thst needs to go back!!

Tried to cancel my order the next day before being dispatched didn’t get a response through email, contact number never goes through. Order was delivered without any update at all, had no clue it was even dispatched. Have tried to process a return still had no response! Extremely bad customer service well there is no customer service

The item was delivered in a timely timeframe, however after sales customer service was poor, I attempted to contact you via message window on your site and also email and phone leaving voicemail with the requested details. No contact was attempted from yourself.

Very slow and erratic communication, prices are competitive but in my case wrong item was sent and still waiting for a refund and collection of a large electric fireplace that was delivered instead of the awning I ordered

Our footstool arrived badly damaged in several places and was obviously in this state before delivery. We are unable to gain a response from Living and Home via email or telephone. I would never buy from this company again.

The package was not right, paid for the stand but they didn’t send it. Email to ask but no one reply in 2 weeks. The construction book is s h I t . Better not buy it :(
