The package was not right, paid for the stand but they didn’t send it. Email to ask but no one reply in 2 weeks. The construction book is s h I t . Better not buy it :(

Garden box took over 2 hours to assemble and then when finished realised the top corner was damaged. Emailed company about it and had no response so very disappointed.

Nightmare,damaged goods sent £270 item do offered £20 to keep it,refused,sent replaced but it was wrong size and no instructions. Unfortunately there goods look like seconds or rejects,boxes badly scratched ,dented and ripped on delivery,suggest buy items elsewhere to Dave huge hassle and headache,still not had product I paid for

Can't get answer on your phone. my husband emailed about broken parts. The blocker item P. it broke and we nearly had a bad injury.. We need 2 more please.

I have ordered Parasol for my garden and their added a heater for free to my order. What a treat I thought! After a few days of waiting ... heater arrived and that's it. No parasol, no money, no contact, no answer to my emails etc. Very poor service and very expensive (free of charge) heater.

Ordered my item 22nd July, still not areived. I have contacted Living and Home ten times now to ask where it is and have no reply whatsoever. Happy to take my money but not to offer ANY customer service. Or to deliver the item. Very disappointed. Many other customers have the same experience. I have now contacted them cohntless times demanding a refund and still no response. I am reporting them to the ombudsman. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY U LESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED

Problems with to of my chairs awful customer service nearly a month on and still not sorted carnt get anywhere with them as part should of already been in chair and trying to send ordinary screws a joke would not recommend.

The item purchased was poor quality at best the retractable arms snapped off when retracting the canopy nearly hitting my neighbour in the face, I have but in a request for a refund but it probably won’t happen.

At first I thought it was good but when my chair with footstool arrived there was no legs with the footstool I emailed you and was told that you where sorry and could I send a photo of the chair and the footstool you then apologies and said that you would send them then I received a package containing numerous bolts and nuts no legs I sent another email I received another email this morning saying that the legs would be another 4 to six weeks so I have asked for a full refund I have not had any response from you yet

Ceiling fan came without screws and washers. Tried to phone but had to leave a message where it said would get back to me in 48 hours. Did not! What would have been a £50 Job ended up costing me £250 as the electrician had to go on a wild goose chase to find the extra small fibre washers and screws! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! WILL NOT USE THEM EVER AGAIN!

Still waiting for my privacy fence ordered beginning of July first one got damaged and then the second one has took forever and still not turned up will not be ordering from here again and hopefully il either get my order or a refund at least

I bought a bio ethanol fire place from living and home. It came and had a dint in it. I have emailed the store about the issue and rang multiple times but have received no answer from Living and Home to resolve the matter.

Very poor company. Ordered an electric fire and they sent the completely wrong one. Customer Service number always saying no one to answer call, online chat never available and emails take over a week to respond. Avoid like the plague. If I could give no stars I would

Both items arrived damaged have contacted the company via email and Facebook and still don't have a solution customer service is appalling and take days to reply! Not impressed at all

The chair is not comfortable and when I raised this issue with the supplier they were not helpful at all. I ordered it for my elderly mom and thought it would be comfortable. Returning is not useful as who wants to waste 60 pounds on postage. The supplier offered me 5 pounds as a compensation which I would rather not accept. Hope this helps. Would have been more helpful to purchase something in store which one can try rather than looking online and ordering.
