Bought an electric blanket on line from who I thought was the range, however I didn't realise it was from this company the cost was £35.99 It didn't work and has no safety label on it, and no invoice or returns label in the parcel. Had to go through the range customer service and basically after two weeks of wrangling and my refusing 30% then 60% refund I reluctantly agreed to a replacement. This doesn't work either. The Range will not take any responsibility, they need to make their "market place" traders responsible and make sure they adhere to UK safety standards and faulty item Fit for Purpose refunds. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY And be careful of on line buying from The Range. Might as well throw my money away.

Very pleased with our purchase from Living and Home. I brought the 7ft Steel Bike Shed Lockable Garden Storage Shed and have been impressed so far. Ordered on wednesday and was delivered lunch time the following monday. Instructions have been very good and clear with all parts labeled so building the bike shed has been easier than I first thought. Would recommend the bike shed and the excellent price on Living and Home. Would buy from again.

We had an issue with our delievery of office chairs so had to contact customer services. Hailey did a superb job of dealing with the issue :-) It's not often we find a company who has the same approach to problems as ourselves. Home and Living have proven they are well worth dealing with and I totally recommend them and praise the staff. Many thanks, David Wilkinson MD: Dash Dynamics Ltd

Bought a dining table from living and home, it's broken when it arrived. Emailed customer service for a replacement, got a even table in even worse condition. The only positive thing is the customer service does respond, one reply per day though. But the quality of the product is appalling.

Really annoyed ordered a chair and footstall and it get left at the front door of a communal building. Too heavy for me to carry on my own. When you order it does not tell you that they do not deliver to your door. Its at the bottom of an email you get as soon as they take your order. Awful service.

I bought a "Wooden Base Home Office Chair Apartment Task Chair Pink Grey chair". After about 6 months I noticed that the wheels had cracked and the chair was very difficult to move. After numerous emails they eventually agreed to send me replacement wheels. Then, after 1 year, the pneumatic riser on the chair failed. This time they refused to send a replacement. The chair is unusable because it's so low. Do not buy from this company, the products are poorly made and don't last.

I bought a gas heater and when it arrived, the rods were all worn out. I got in touch and they gave me £20 off. A week later, the problems started, smell of gas, difficulty starting and when it starts, it keeps making strange noises. I called and asked for a refund and was practically ignored. They no longer respond to my email, the heater is in the box, I want to return it and even though it is within the deadline stipulated by the government, they do not respond to me. Bad company

I ordered a lamp from this company via the range, the lamp arrived faulty and I have asked for a refund 5 times over the last couple of weeks. Each time they suggest something stupid such as I fix it myself, their customer service is shocking and they are not aware of customers legal rights. I want to file a formal complaint however they do not respond and I will be contacting trading standards. We are in a cost of living crisis and this company is taking money from people and not returning it! Please do not waste your time.

The £160 bathroom cabinet arrived on time and nowcustomer service are liaising with me about fault in line. The bathroom cabinet has a loud hum from mirror and shaver socket even when light not turned on, and I am requesting a refund. My electrician says it is faulty. I have lost trust with company as faulty. They have asked for video of hum, which i sent. Now they have suggested they give me £50 to repair. It started humming as soon as put up very recently by good electrician. They have said if faulty they will send another, but I don't want another. It should be working correctly from start. I want a refund now.

Manicure table quality not too bad but the dust extraction fan stopped working after 8 months (2 months out of their 6 month warranty) now I have to buy a whole new desk as they can not get new extraction fan (which I’ve said I’m happy to pay for). Seems so wasteful!

We bought a small sofa bed from Living and Home and within a year the sofa is wrecked. The support in the seating area has broken in several places and is now extremely uncomfortable to sit on. It has only been used by a 20kg dog and my 8 year old daughter. I have emailed the company multiple times and received no reply so customer care is non-existent. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company unless you're happy to swallow any losses that may arise.

Appalling service. I ordered a set of 4 chairs. Out of the blue they delivered 2 of the chairs. I've spent the past 2 days trying to get an answer as to where the other 2 \re and all living & home are concerned about is did I receive the first 2. Absolutely appalling service with customer support staff who ignore my query. From them “we can’t give you a solution”

I bought their products via Debenhams and now its seems impossible to return items. One item is defected and other has low quality. Debenhams won't take responsibility and Living and Home return policy is worst.

As described, actually better than i thought and delivery within quoted times, all in all a very pleasant transaction. I would have made it 5 stars but there was a lack of emails after initial purchase and no texts from delivery courier.

Fraudulent company, stated that an item was in stock. Once the item was ordered I received an email the next morning stating it is out of stock and they cant guarantee when delivery can be made. There is no contact number and they make it very difficult to try and apply for a refund. My advice do not use under any circumstances. FRAUDS!!

This would have been a 5 star review for the 5.8ft Steel Bin storage lockable garden storage shed but for 2 reason. The first is the shear number of screws required to put this storage unit together. Somewhere around 240**. Most have to be screwed in by hand as the metal is very thin so using an electric screw driver could result in a lot of stripped thread holes. Second is the drawings for each stage. The details can be hard to see resulting in me putting the rear brace bar in the wrong way up. A problem I only discovered when trying to attach the top. This problem was compounded by the top hinges being the wrong way around in the drawing and when installed as per the drawing the top does not lock. After a tinker and turning the hinges around I got the top in the correct position and top now locks. ** I said earlier on that you are looking at screwing in 240 screws by hand. With the removal and refitting of various parts you could be looking at 300 screws by hand. This can result in sore hands and sore joints. Final note added after the first rain. The top has no vent holes at the bottom to let the rain out so be prepared to spend some and additional time and money drilling a few holes sealing the inside of the top. Once completed and the added bits done the storage unit does what I wanted it to so I am happy with it overall.
