“Ordered 2 sets of patio furniture. Received half of one set and half of the other set. Refused to accept them and emailed customer service to advise. Thereafter there was a chain of emails and the person responding clearly did not understand what I had written. She kept asking me to return the furniture (that I had never accepted). As I was getting nowhere I tried calling customer service but got a message that said "we can't take your call right now" with no option to leave a message. I then emailed again to ask them to either provide another number or call me. Nobody responded to that at all. One day a delivery man turned up with the correct furniture. So, customer service is awful. Items seemed fine but was not purchased for myself so I can't really comment on the quality.”

“The light is lovely but unfortunately it's faulty and needs to be returned so until this matter is resolved I cannot give a good review. Contacted customer care but still waiting for a response.”

“It was quick delivery polite driver I found the base edges very sharp may be warm people as they could have a nasty accident the gloves are good but some people can't work in gloves the nuts and bolts where hard to put in on the bas overall a good purchase”

“I am so disappointed with the service, delivery should have been at beginning of May for a special birthday present! After complaining and being told it had been delivered to then being offered another delivery in3/7 day it has been agreed that a refund will be issued! You need to look at changing delivery companies that are more reliable. Would i buy through you again or recommend you! No, I wouldn’t!”

“Orded set of 4 chairs and one pair of legs is faulty. Won't fit. Been emailing support for over a week proses a new set of legs by one person the. Told I can o ly get a set of 4 and do a swap for the faulty set. Was allso offers 15 pound refund which was down right stupid. It happy”

“Ordered a gas patio heater from here and later checked reviews which were a bit of a mixed bag however my order came in the time stated, I built it that day the instructions very easy to follow and had it built in no time at all, attached a gas bottle that I thought was empty just to check I had the right connection and tried to light it up, and yes first time no problem there was gas in the bottle, safe to say I’m one happy lady, a great heater at one amazing price, thank you Luving and Home I shall enjoy evenings in the garden over the summer when it gets a bit cooler I shall be cosy cosy. I would have no hesitation in ordering more items from this company.”
