Bought a mini shed. To say poor quality would still too positive a comment for what arrived. It was broken in two places so requested a refund and collection. They did respond to my email immediatley and after several options to keep, partial refund or replace I eventually received a full refund. This particular item they do not collect so now have the pleasure of either a large bonfire - never a smart idea - or coughing up £40 for the Council to collect. Will not be using them again as wouldnt want to buy something else non- returnable.

The instructions were very unclear, felt like 3 steps forwards and 10 back. My dad is a joiner and struggled to figure it out, if you’re not handy don’t even bother. It was also covered in dents and scrapes before it was even taken out of the boxes. Once it’s finally together and minus the marks on it it’s a decent shed

Do not order from living and home ! There rude ! Send damaged good , and take around 2 - 3 weeks to get back to you in emails . They do not do anything about this . They try and offer you stupid things such as £8 back ! If you want second hand then order from here , if you want brand new go somewhere else

The actual product was fine. The delivery service was atrocious!! Never turned up on the day they said, waited all day. Second attempt turned up with no notification and no online updates.

We bought a small greenhouse as a present for an elderly relative. It arrived quickly and my husband assembled it without too much bother. A nice little addition to her garden and good value for money.

No customer service available tried to contact emailed three times no reply. Live chat was unavailable tried calling no answer. Still waiting three weeks later for a reply.Wording on product misleading and I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

Sorry ,but not happy with service provided and quality of product 8x8 garden shed,. It arrived wirh wrong instructions amd was no end frustrating until we found out we had worng instructions. WHen contacted company , they send correct instructions however would have appreciated phone call to go over this but they never called Structure is floppy and not very stable. Putting together meant to take 2 ton3 hours which is a complete worn estimate. I really regret having purchased this product . I wanted to return the product and ask for money back but company did not cooperate with this. I received an email saying sorry for inconvenience caused. That was the offer to resolve the problem

I ordered a firepit, which had a choice of sizes. The listing was misleading, as all sizes which were on offer came with the description of the lagest, which was 120cm diameter. I would not use this company agaiin

Received the shed I had ordered within days of ordering. A packet of screws were missing. I rang twice and left messages on the answerphone and wrote an email and have heard absolutely nothing, so the shed is still not completed and this is now nearly two weeks ago. If this is the way Living and Home treat their customers, then they are not going to get good reviews.

Ordered a fire said 5days delivery was spot on great service and a good deal on the fire for our dining room the only thing don't like is the red side lights but I've taped them over looks cheap with them shining in red clear would of been better like photos on website

When I got the table out the box the side was damaged. Have contacted Home and Living through the shop app that I had to download to track my order and received nothing back. Really annoyed as it wasn't a cheap table. Will find somewhere else to order the other furniture I want to get

I ordered 5 items..to me a large order. Other than the standard "thankyou for your purchase" I had no further communication re delivery. 1st item arrived with Yodel...2nd Item 2 days later by another delivery company and the 3 final items by another company. Apart from Yodel none of the delivery companies gave me prior warnings to delivery. Living and Home no communication whatsoever on when or how the deliveries to be made. I sent an email as to when and had no reply at all. Whilst the goods are great, I would NOT rate the company.
