AVOID this company at all costs. Sent me the wrong fire, the fire they did send, I kept and it's faulty. The customer complaints team are abysmal. Response from "Lynn" and after responding to "Lynn" they keep responding to me referring to me as "Lynn" but that's their name... not mine. Very bizarre experience with a very bizarre company. I only wanted a new fireplace. Please do not waste your time.

Terrible, awful company. Ordered something on 26th May and it’s still not here today (10th June). I have tried e-mailing, phoning, sending messages on Instagram and Facebook and still haven’t had any communication with them at all. Wish I had read the reviews before they took the £372 for the item. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact this company and then today I received an e-mail asking me to review the item (that I don’t even have!!) The worst company I’ve ever bought anything from! Very stressful and even more frustrating knowing they have my money and I won’t get the item

2xAwning. Delivered in bits. Took 6-8 hours to put together. Then could not be secured as bolts would not go through brackets to secure. Plus arms not level Now waiting for them to be returned but no joy. So far wasted £400. Would not buy from them again as no phone number and hardly any communication to return items.

Damaged item offered 10% off would cost more than that to touch it up in furniture paint.Also how do you straighten bent slats without damaging them more. Still ongoing with company.Mrs Besley

Do not order from this website. Terrible customer service who have been very unhelpful. We ordered a garden table and chairs, the advert clearly stated AND folding chairs. We only received a table and no chairs and when I contacted customer services they said we only ordered a table. When I explained that this is not what the advert said i was told I was wrong and that if we wanted to return the table I would have to pay £50 to return it. I’m shocked at how terrible the customer has been and how we have been treated.

Dear Joanna Upon adding the product to your basket you have options, of a table on its own or with chairs. You have ordered a table only as stated on your order.

Dear Cheryl As contacted through emails, unfortunately the courier Yodel has lost your item and as you requested, we have processed your refund also allowing you to keep the free-hanging heater that was part of a deal with a patio heater that didn't get delivered.

My sofa bed arrived without legs! Useless to me Lots of emails to customer service and told that replacement legs could not be sent I asked for sofa to be returned and a refund given I have been offered another sofa bed and told to dispose of original sofa myself! Waiting to see if replacement sofa arrived with legs I will never use this company again

Bought a swing chair and the top pin was missing. Had to wait over a week before putting it together. Washers missing from frame so bolts will not hold together. So I'm not happy with item it is rubbish!!!!!

The light is lovely but unfortunately it's faulty and needs to be returned so until this matter is resolved I cannot give a good review. Contacted customer care but still waiting for a response.

Fire isnt as it seems. I wanted to send back but the price to send back is silly i wouldnt even get the full amout back for the fire. Avoid if you can

I am so disappointed with the service, delivery should have been at beginning of May for a special birthday present! After complaining and being told it had been delivered to then being offered another delivery in3/7 day it has been agreed that a refund will be issued! You need to look at changing delivery companies that are more reliable. Would i buy through you again or recommend you! No, I wouldn’t!

Orded set of 4 chairs and one pair of legs is faulty. Won't fit. Been emailing support for over a week proses a new set of legs by one person the. Told I can o ly get a set of 4 and do a swap for the faulty set. Was allso offers 15 pound refund which was down right stupid. It happy

Not great. Ordered table and 4 chairs. Table stand has scratches and rust. Chairs are poor quality, couldn't build one due to supporting bar not attaching to bolts. One seat has dye transfer on seat base. Company asked me to pay postage for the replacement of faulty goods. New chair arrived yesterday, really considering getting a refund on the lot!
