“Armchair is lovely and just what we're after. Unfortunately we weren't impressed with the delivery. We didn't receive a dispatch email or any correspondence to say our chair was being delivered on a certain day, I did get an email after the chair had been left in our front yard during very heavy rainfall. Luckily we have very helpful neighbours who attempted to cover up the box with bin bags, and eventually took it into their home until we arrived back from work. The chair was undamaged in the box thankfully but if we had known it was going to be delivered on that day we could have made arrangements for someone to be at home.”

“I am sorry to say,that I was dissapointed with the product,the chair,itself looks good,but,if you look closley underneath,it is leaning to one side,I had to call an upholsterer in to help me construct it,the instructions where vague,quite honestley I am thinking of throwing it out, and buying another one, I think it was the way it was made,we could not remedy the lean,the sevice the fine,the product was not”
