Ordered a chair, still waiting for delivery after 2 weeks. Emailed twice, responded on second email to say issues with courier and will refund if not arrived in another 5 days.

Very slow and erratic communication, prices are competitive but in my case wrong item was sent and still waiting for a refund and collection of a large electric fireplace that was delivered instead of the awning I ordered

The item purchased was poor quality at best the retractable arms snapped off when retracting the canopy nearly hitting my neighbour in the face, I have but in a request for a refund but it probably won’t happen.

At first I thought it was good but when my chair with footstool arrived there was no legs with the footstool I emailed you and was told that you where sorry and could I send a photo of the chair and the footstool you then apologies and said that you would send them then I received a package containing numerous bolts and nuts no legs I sent another email I received another email this morning saying that the legs would be another 4 to six weeks so I have asked for a full refund I have not had any response from you yet

Still waiting for my privacy fence ordered beginning of July first one got damaged and then the second one has took forever and still not turned up will not be ordering from here again and hopefully il either get my order or a refund at least

My sofa bed arrived without legs! Useless to me Lots of emails to customer service and told that replacement legs could not be sent I asked for sofa to be returned and a refund given I have been offered another sofa bed and told to dispose of original sofa myself! Waiting to see if replacement sofa arrived with legs I will never use this company again

I am so disappointed with the service, delivery should have been at beginning of May for a special birthday present! After complaining and being told it had been delivered to then being offered another delivery in3/7 day it has been agreed that a refund will be issued! You need to look at changing delivery companies that are more reliable. Would i buy through you again or recommend you! No, I wouldn’t!
